1. How are your candles different than the ordinary ones sold in the local markets?

Local markets usually sell candles based in Paraffin wax- which is a by product of the petroleum industry and hence, toxic.
Serrein's Scented Soy Candles are based in 100% natural soy wax (derived from plants). It is then infused with fine fragrance oils which have soothing characteristics.
Hence, the candle is vegan, cruelty free, non-toxic and biodegradable.
Since wax is natural, it can easily be washed off from the jar leaving no toxic residue once the candle has reached it's end. The jars can then be re-used.

2. Where is your store located?

We offer an online store for effortless shopping at the comfort of your home. We are based in India.

3. How long does it take my order to be delivered?

Under usual circumstances, we take 4-5 business days to get your order delivered. However, deliveries also depend on your location amongst other logistic factors.
Please note, deliveries during COVID-19 might take longer than anticipated

4. What are the accepted modes of payment?

We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide net banking options. We accept UPI and payments from major wallets.
