Exchange & Returns

Our products are non-returnable.

Products can only be exchanged or issued a credit note under the circumstance that the product is broken when received by the customer, for which, an unboxing video as well as original bill is required. 

Under the circumstances that product(s) delivered is different from what is ordered, a hassle-free exchange is initiated. We have a 5 working day policy, which means you have 5 working days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. The store credits are valid for six months from the day of issuance.

Cancellations

Orders once placed can be cancelled. For prepaid orders that have not been shipped, a refund is issued to the source account within 5 business days. 

In case of COD orders that have not been shipped, a charge of INR 100/- will be levied.

However, in the case that your order has been shipped, a charge of INR 150/-  will be levied.

Shipping Policy

We ship pan India within 4-7 business days. However, under unforeseen circumstances, deliveries can be delayed. 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive Tracking details and updates via email as well as text.
